RHUBARB SOUR ALE- OCT/NOV.

A basic ale brewed with 40 lbs. of locol rhubarb, fermented with brettamyces yeast and aged 4 months.

The tart sour ale is sure to feature the pure flavor of rhubarb and really change the way you look at craft beer.

Limited offering for "Movember" month.

CRANBERRY CREAM ALE- NOV-JAN.

A lager/ale hybrid style. This smooth, creamy, light bodied pink ale is conditioned with buckets full of local cranberries & lactose sugar.

BLUNDERBUSS- JAN-MAR.

Named for the Blunderbuss muzzle-loading gun- a bourbon barrell aged version of maple porter stuffed with coffee grounds, cocoa nibs & spices.

BACON BREW- FEB. TBD

This meaty red rye ale is brewed with actualy bacon hand cured from locol pigs, locl rye and toasty "meat smoked" malt. (The process of allowing the juices of delicious local smoked meats to fall onto the malted barely.)

CHUNKY DUNKER DIPA- JULY. TBD

This double india pale ale is brewed with loads of extra hops to give an intense aromatic nose followed by a sharp hop bite. The beer of choice by our Owner and Founder Ken Hebb, we have been specially crafting this artisan recipe since 2012.
